CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – On January 19, 2024 Corporate Guarantee (CG) took another bold step into improving its operational efficiency, being future ready and with the over-all goal of providing enhanced customer satisfaction.

Going live with GENIISYS (General Non-Life Insurance System), a fully integrated, comprehensive, and flexible solution that supports its end-to-end operations, Corporate Guarantee aims to improve efficiency in processing transactions from proposals to policy delivery, issuance of certifications, official receipts and completing claim requests while increasing accuracy, compliance to regulators (Insurance Commission, BIR) and further supporting the environment through e-document retention. This is in collaboration with Computer Professionals, Inc. (CPI), a Filipino owned technology company with proven track record in servicing general insurance companies not just in the Philippines but in the region.
